Loading to iPad

You can load a copy of the ebook PDF to the iBooks or Kindle App on your iPad.

Step 1. Email a copy of the ebook to yourself.

Step 2. Open the Mail app on your iPad to retrieve the email you just sent to yourself.

Step 3. Click and hold the PDF in the body of the email. A dialog box will open asking if you want to open the PDF in iBooks. Select “Open in iBooks” or, if you prefer to save it in the Kindle app, select “Open in…” and select Kindle.

Continuing Education

Once you have earned your CPP designation, you must accumulate recertification credit hours (RCH) in order to recertify after the 5 year certification period. If you don’t have a company to pay for your contining education, the cost to you can be significant.

I have been finding more and more free webinars available which will qualify for RCH. Generally you must check with the APA certification group to confirm whether or not a particular webinar qualifies.

I’ve started a group on LinkedIn.com called Payroll Continuing Education. The sole purpose of this group is to be a place where CPPs can share information on upcoming free webinars that they have confirmed qualify for RCH. I encourage you to join the group so we can all help each other meet the CPP continuing education requirement in the most affordable manner.
